The event will be held in Vancouver and Berlin
Event organisers revealed Wednesday that the Laver Cup will be played in Vancouver and Berlin in 2023 and 2024, respectively. The Laver Cup will be held at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena from 22-24 September 2023 and Berlin’s Mercedes-Benz Arena from 20-22 September 2024.
“Our dream for the Laver Cup was to bring together the world’s top players – rivals year-round – as teammates, to honor the great legends of the past and bring spectacular and competitive tennis to new destinations,” Laver Cup Chairman and CEO of Team8 Tony Godsick said in a press release.
“With the fifth Laver Cup taking place in London in September, and today’s announcement, we are well on our way to realising our vision for what is now a hugely popular event on the tennis calendar.”

The Laver Cup, which will take place from 23-25 September in London at The O2 this year, was first played in 2017. Vancouver’s Rogers Arena is home to the NHL’s Vancouver Canucks, and Berlin’s Mercedes-Benz Arena has played host to various top entertainment events including NBA and NHL games.
“To have Vancouver and Berlin as the host cities now for the next couple of years for the Laver Cup I think is going to be exciting,” Roger Federer said. “Vancouver, being on the west coast, [the people] being huge sports fans [is great]. Obviously we’ve seen it with the Olympics being hosted there, we’re playing in the heart of the city. I think it’s going to be a wonderful atmosphere just because of that and then of course it’s just a beautiful city in itself that everybody always wants to go visit.
“Berlin [is] a hip place, fun, different to a lot of the cities we know in Europe. So I think being in Berlin, in the German market, is also an excellent choice and one I think we could all really look forward to.”

A i tak bez Agassiego, który był wtedy w kryzysie.
Europa odrzuciła Kordę, Rusedskiego, Beckera, Brugerę itd.

Murray To Join Federer & Nadal On Team Europe At Laver Cup
Spoiler:
Team Europe seeks to maintain perfect record with fifth title
Three-time Grand Slam champion and 46-time tour-level titlist Andy Murray will seek to add a new trophy to his collection later this season when he makes his Laver Cup debut for Team Europe. The Briton will join Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer on captain Bjorn Borg's squad, with three more players to be confirmed ahead of the 2022 competition, set for The O2 in London from 23-25 September.
“I’m looking forward to playing the Laver Cup in London,” Murray said. “I love playing as part of a team and there is a great atmosphere and intensity to the event. I’ve heard lots of good things and I’m excited to be teaming up with both Roger and Rafa for Team Europe.”
Murray will look to help Team Europe maintain its perfect record in the competition, with the continental team winning each of the first four editions. The 35-year-old has climbed back to the brink of the Top 50 in the Pepperstone ATP Rankings after undergoing hip surgery in 2018 and 2019 and has reached two tour-level finals this season in Sydney and Stuttgart.
Felix Auger-Aliassime, Taylor Fritz and Diego Schwartzman have been confirmed for Team World by captain John McEnroe.
Djokovic To Join Nadal, Federer, Murray At Laver Cup
Spoiler:
'Big Four' set to play together for first time
For the first time in Laver Cup history, the 'Big Four' will join forces for Team Europe this September in London.
Novak Djokovic announced Thursday his commitment to the 2022 event, with Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Andy Murray already confirmed to participate in the competition's fifth edition.
"Laver Cup is the only competition where you can have all the big rivals, the 'Big Three', 'Big Four' players joining in the same team," Djokovic said at Wimbledon, where he won his 21st Grand Slam title earlier this month. "Of course, it is [a] very different and exciting concept for us players, but also for the fans around the world."

The Serbian is set for his second Laver Cup appearance and will be seeking his first match wins in the competition. Djokovic was a part of Team Europe's winning 2018 side, but lost two Match Tie-breaks — one in singles and one in doubles — in his only matches. He teamed with Federer in doubles, but they fell to Team World's Kevin Anderson and Jack Sock.
Captain Bjorn Borg's Team Europe has reigned supreme since the inaugural Laver Cup in 2017, lifting the trophy at all four of the event's previous editions.
The 2022 Laver Cup will be held from 23-25 September at The O2 Arena. Felix Auger-Aliassime, Taylor Fritz and Diego Schwartzman have committed to represent Team World alongside captain John McEnroe.
