Re: US Open 2021
Zaczyna imponować Zverev spokojem i opanowaniem w meczach BO5.

Re: US Open 2021
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Novak_Djo ... statisticsDjokovic has won 20 Grand Slams (major) titles, tied with Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, third male player to achieve this feat after Federer (1st) and Nadal (2nd). He is one of eight players all-time to achieve the Career Grand Slam in men's singles. He is only male player to win each slam twice in the Open Era and third to do so after Roy Emerson and Rod Laver in the history of tennis. He is only male player to hold all four Grand Slams on three different surfaces (Hard Court, Clay & Grass) at once (2015 Wimbledon to 2016 French Open) and in the process became first male player to win 30 consecutive Grand Slam matches from 1st round of 2015 Wimbledon to 2nd Round of Wimbledon 2016 (he lost in 3rd round of Wimbledon 2016).
He is the second male player of the Open Era to win the first 3 Grand Slams in a calendar year (2021) after Laver won all 4 slams in 1969. He is the second male player in history after Federer to win 3 Grand Slam titles in three different seasons (2011, 2015, and 2021). He is the second male player to win 2 different Grand Slams 6 or more times (9 Australian Open and 6 Wimbledon) after Federer. His 6 Wimbledon titles are third behind Sampras (7) and Federer (8). His streak of 6 consecutive Grand Slam Finals (2015 AO to 2016 FO) are third behind Federer record of 10 consecutive Grand Slam Finals (2005 Wimbledon to 2007 US Open) and 8 consecutive Grand Slam Finals (2008 Wimbledon to 2010 AO), during this streak he won 5 grand slam titles, except for 2015 FO.
He is the third male player of the Open Era to win at least 2 Grand Slams on hard, clay and grass courts after Mats Wilander and Nadal. He also has a joint-record 36 ATP Masters 1000 titles (tied with Nadal), and has won 5 ATP Finals titles, including a record 4 consecutively from 2012 to 2015. His 5 ATP Finals titles are second-most alongside Ivan Lendl and Pete Sampras (Federer holds the record with 6 titles).
Djokovic is the second male player to win three consecutive Grand Slam tournaments on three different surfaces in the same year (hard, clay and grass), doing so in 2021, and which Nadal did in 2010.[4][5]
Djokovic has won an all-time record of nine Australian Open men's singles titles, surpassing the previous record of 6 by Roy Emerson. Djokovic is the only male player to win 3 consecutive Australian Open titles during the Open Era, which he did twice (2011–13 and 2019–21). Djokovic is the second of only two male players in history to win a Grand Slam singles title nine or more times, the other being Nadal (13 French Opens). He is 9–0 in Australian Open finals as well as 9–0 in Australian Open semifinals.
Djokovic is the only player to defeat Nadal in straight sets in a Grand Slam final (Australian Open 2019) as well as the first player to defeat Nadal in straight sets at the French Open (2015 quarterfinal). Only Djokovic has defeated Nadal in a French Open semifinal (2021), ending Nadal's streak of 13–0 in French Open semifinals, as well as the only male player to defeat Nadal twice in the FO (2015 QF and 2021 Semifinal). Only Djokovic has won FO after defeating Nadal in earlier rounds, which he did in 2021 FO. Djokovic is the only player in history to win 3 or more consecutive slams 4 times in his career.
Djokovic has spent a record 337 weeks (as of Monday 6 September 2021, equivalent to more than 6 years) as ATP world No. 1, surpassing Federer's previous record of 310 weeks. In 2020 he became the second male player in the Open Era to be Year-end No. 1 for six years, joining Pete Sampras. At age 33, he is also the oldest year-end No. 1 in ATP rankings history, for the 2020 season.[6]
Djokovic was the first tennis player to earn more than 100 million US dollars in prize money, and has earned more than any other player across his career.
Djokovic is widely viewed by many sports analysts, fans, and media pundits as one of the greatest tennis players of all-time.[7][8] He has reached 30 Grand Slam finals and has played the final of each Grand Slam tournament at least 6 times, an all-time record. He has won multiple titles at all 4 majors, the only male player in the Open Era to do so.
Djokovic's 2011 season, during which he went on a 43–match winning streak, is considered as one of the greatest seasons by a tennis player in the Open Era. He won 10 titles on three different surfaces, won 3 majors while making the semifinals of the fourth, won 5 ATP Masters 1000 events, and made the finals of 11 of the 16 events he entered. He defeated Nadal and Federer 10 times combined, going 10–1 against them while finishing the year with a 70–6 record. He was eliminated in the round-robin portion of the ATP Finals.
In 2015, he won 3 majors in one season for the second time, while reaching the final of the fourth and won a record 6 ATP Masters 1000 titles before finishing the year with his fourth consecutive ATP Finals championship. He won 11 titles while reaching the finals of 15 of the 16 events he entered to finish with an 82–6 record. His record against Nadal and new rival Murray was 10–1 combined, although he was less dominant versus Federer compared to 2011, with a 5–3 record. This season was seen as the greatest in the Open Era by many fans and analysts.[9][10][11][12]
Djokovic competed in 8 Masters 1000 finals in 2015, breaking the previous record of 6 finals. He is the only player to win all 9 Masters 1000 tournaments, and he won each at least twice. As a result, he is considered to be the greatest and most accomplished player in ATP Masters history.[13] Overall, he has reached a record 53 finals.
Djokovic is widely viewed as one of the greatest hardcourt players of the Open Era. He has won a record 12 hard court major titles (9 Australian Opens & 3 US Opens), surpassing Federer's old record of 11. He has also won an Open Era record of 26 Masters hard court titles. In addition, Djokovic has a record 88.7% Grand Slam match win percentage on hard courts.
Djokovic's clay court achievements include 17 titles on the surface, including two French Open titles and 10 Masters titles. Djokovic is the second player after Robin Söderling to defeat Nadal at the French Open, the only player to do so twice, and the only player to beat Nadal in straight sets at the tournament. He is also the only player to defeat Nadal in all three clay court Masters events, which he first achieved in the finals of Madrid and Rome in 2011 and in Monte Carlo in 2013. The latter victory also ended Nadal's consecutive run of 8 Monte Carlo titles. Djokovic is the player with the most clay-court match wins over Nadal (8).
As of August 2021, Djokovic holds the Open Era record for overall best career winning percentage (minimum 500 wins) at 83.19% (975–197 record), ahead of Nadal's 83.10% winning percentage.
Because of these many accomplishments, Djokovic is considered by many sports analysts to be the greatest tennis player of all time.[14]

Już chyba zjechał do bazy. Jak wspomniał Barty, Harris może być topowym "rezerwowym" zawodnikiem z next genów i nie jest wykluczone, że coś tam ciekawego powygrywa w karierze.
